The key to our uniformly high quality level is consistently implemented Quality Management (QM). We also ensure that our staff are engaged in an ongoing process of improvement by offering an extensive range of initial and further training courses and monitoring the results in the form of regular internal and external audits.
Besides our own quality management, we also make use of external QM standards: e.g. membership in the Cargo 2000 IATA initiative (via our French SDV Group shareholder).
Leading carriers, air freight companies and other companies belonging to the industry set up Cargo 2000 under the umbrella of the IATA (International Air Transport Association). The aim of the initiative is to introduce uniform quality standards worldwide for air freight transport. The focus here is on standardised planning, management and reporting on the basis of transport plans for individual types of shipments.
The aim of Cargo 2000 is to implement a new quality management system for the global air cargo industry. The result: We improve our air freight processing, shorten times and create more transparency. Which our customers then benefit from, too!
